Key Responsibilities

Deliver individualized, patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families about health issues, care plans, and discharge instructions.
Provide emotional support to patients and families, fostering a caring and empathetic environment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
