Position Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for our Top Golf Customer Service Job. In this role, you will be the face of Swing High Golf, engaging with guests, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival and guide them through their visit.
Handle customer inquiries, provide essential information about our services, and help with reservations.
Assist guests in understanding how to operate the golf technology and equipment.
Address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
