Job Overview

The Tissue Machine Operator will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of tissue paper production machinery. This role is vital in ensuring we meet our production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor tissue papermaking machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Adjust machine settings based on production specifications and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any abnormalities to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in machine operation are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience with tissue paper production machinery is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
