Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular compliance audits of LIHTC properties to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Prepare and submit annual certifications and required documentation to housing authorities.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of property management staff related to LIHTC compliance protocols.
- Develop and implement compliance tracking systems and reporting mechanisms.
- Respond to inquiries from tenants, management, and regulatory agencies regarding compliance matters.
- Monitor changes in regulations and advise management on necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote compliance culture across the organization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for our LIHTC compliance jobs will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, public administration, real estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in LIHTC compliance or a related area in affordable housing.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state LIHTC regulations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
