  • Develop and implement compliance tracking systems and reporting mechanisms.

  • Monitor changes in regulations and advise management on necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote compliance culture across the organization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for our LIHTC compliance jobs will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, public administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in LIHTC compliance or a related area in affordable housing.
