Role Overview
As a Job and Talent Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, providing outstanding service and support. Your main responsibility will be to ensure an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary communication hub between clients and candidates, facilitating clear and timely information flow.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide support throughout the job application process by answering questions, sharing insights about the company culture, and clarifying job responsibilities.
- Assist candidates with onboarding procedures and paperwork, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Monitor and track the progress of candidates through the recruitment pipeline and update records accordingly.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
- Gather and analyze client and candidate feedback to suggest improvements to our processes and services.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information per company policy.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to provide seamless service and continuous improvement of customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer relevant advice and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in recruitment or HR settings.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and outlook email systems.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems will be considered an advantage.
