We are currently hiring for the following positions within our organization:

1. Family Support Specialist

As a Family Support Specialist, you will work directly with families to assess their needs and connect them with the appropriate resources. You will play a critical role in empowering families to achieve self-sufficiency and stability.

• Responsibilities include:
• Conduct assessments to determine client needs.
• Provide case management and support services.
• Develop individualized plans in collaboration with clients.
• Facilitate access to financial assistance, food security programs, and other community resources.
• Provide counseling and support to families facing crises.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records.

2. Mental Health Counselor

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide therapeutic services to individuals and families. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.

• Responsibilities include:
• Provide individual and family counseling based on client needs.
• Offer crisis intervention and support services.
• Collaborate with local agencies and healthcare providers.

3. Program Coordinator
