Position Overview

The HR role will provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to promote a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, post open positions on job boards, and manage the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Support management in conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and setting performance improvement plans.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and track employee progress in their development plans.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure that all HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, staying updated on relevant policies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with the company’s data protection policies.
  • Culture Development: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall job satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
