Position Overview
The gro365 Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that all data related to our operations is accurately entered, maintained, and analyzed. Key Responsibilities
- Input and maintain data in the gro365 platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct regular audits of database entries to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to gather data requirements and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing data management processes and procedures.
- Generate reports on data trends and performance metrics for management review.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding data entries and reporting.
- Train new employees on data entry best practices and use of the gro365 platform.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in a related field preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
