Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in bench sales recruiting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with the IT industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
