Position Overview

As an MBA Employment Agency Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our mission. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations with candidates to assess their skills, career goals, and aspirations.
• Develop tailored career strategies that align with both candidate qualifications and market demands.
• Maintain and forge strong relationships with companies seeking to hire MBA graduates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their profiles.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment strategies, and employment laws impacting the job market.
• Track and analyze placement data to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, career counseling, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of job market trends, recruitment strategies, and best practices in career development.
